Return & Refund Policy

At Tail of the Tiger, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Some items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
